The office of Aviyah Tamir (sole proprietor) operates a small two-way text messaging program used solely to coordinate appointments, reservations, and scheduling. Messages are sent from (305) 501-6547 by Lana Vega, executive assistant to Aviyah Tamir. This program sends no marketing, promotional, advertising, or bulk content of any kind.
Messages are sent only to the account owner’s own mobile number, to individuals and businesses who have opted in as described below, and in reply to people who text our number first. We do not send unsolicited messages, and we do not purchase, rent, sell, or share contact lists.
Text the keyword START to (305) 501-6547. You will receive a one-time confirmation reply, after which scheduling messages may be sent to you. You may also opt in by asking our office directly — in person, by phone, or by email — to coordinate a booking or appointment with you by text; in that case your name, number, and the date of your request are recorded before any message is sent, and your first message carries the same disclosures. Message frequency varies and depends on the scheduling activity between you and our office. In ordinary use this is a small number of messages, and typically only around a specific appointment or reservation.

Reply STOP to any message at any time; you will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages will be sent to your number. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, or OPTOUT. To resume messages later, reply START.
